The cover shows a schematic impression of our work aiming for sustainable water treatment to recover phosphorous from sewage sludge. The use of Fe3O4 nanoparticles as additives in the incineration plants may solve serious ash adhesion problems induced by the presence of phosphorous, realizing an effective energy recovery from sewage sludge.
