In Cellulo Crystallization of Human Neuraminidase 1 and Biological Roles of N-Glycans

NEU1 crystals in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) of living cells are presented. The green cuboids are in cellulo crystals of the human NEU1 proteins. The red-purple sphere is a nucleus. Beige and blue membranes are ER and Golgi apparatus, respectively. The pink grains on the ER are ribosomes.
