Direct 3-Acylation of Indolizines by Carboxylic Acids for the Practical Synthesis of Red Light-Releasable Caged Carboxylic Acids

Our new synthetic method for acylindolizines enables installation of medicinal compounds containing carboxylic acids to indolizines connected with a photosensitizer.
